These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Presiado Home Improvement LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Presiado Home Improvement LLC provides professional interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, cabinet refinishing, and related home improvement services in Sarasota, Bradenton, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and surrounding areas in Southwest Florida.

All services are performed by licensed, insured professionals using premium-grade materials. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic limitations.

2. Estimates and Proposals

All estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on information provided at the time of the site assessment. Changes in project scope, materials, or site conditions may result in revised pricing.

A written proposal must be approved and a deposit received before any work commences. Verbal agreements are not binding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project proposal. Typical payment structure includes:

• A deposit required to schedule and secure your project date
• Progress payments as defined in the project proposal
• Final payment upon completion and client approval of work

Accepted payment methods include check, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as specified in your contract.

4. Project Scheduling and Access

Once a project is confirmed and a deposit is received, we will schedule a start date in coordination with the client. The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the work areas on the agreed-upon dates. Delays caused by lack of access, unavailability of the client, or conditions outside our control may affect the project timeline and may incur additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled project start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any such rescheduling.

6. Changes to Project Scope

Any changes to the agreed project scope must be authorized in writing by the client prior to the change being implemented. Additional work requested beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and added to the contract via a written change order.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our standard workmanship warranty covers defects in application and craftsmanship for a period of one (1) year from the project completion date, subject to the following conditions:

• The property has been maintained under normal conditions
• The defect is not caused by structural movement, moisture infiltration, or damage outside our control
• The client notifies us in writing within the warranty period

Material warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer. This workmanship warranty does not cover fading, chalking, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or business interruption.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to surfaces, substrate conditions, or structural issues not identified during the initial project assessment.

9. Insurance

Presiado Home Improvement LLC maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage as required by the State of Florida. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information about the project scope and property conditions
• Remove or protect personal belongings and valuables from work areas
• Ensure the work area is accessible and safe for our crew
• Notify us of any known hazardous materials (lead paint, asbestos, etc.) present on the property
• Secure pets away from work areas during project execution

11. Website Use

The content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Presiado Home Improvement LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. The website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding service agreement.

12. SMS Communications

13. Governing Law

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
